Legal Background
Leland Reinhard is an experienced trial lawyer having practiced in the field personal injury trial law for over forty years. He is a 1976 graduate of the Baylor University School of Law where he served as an associate editor of the Baylor Law Review. As a law student he was the recipient of the Judge Claud Williams Award for excellence in Trial Advocacy and was selected to represent Baylor Law School in National Mock Trial competitions.

Mr. Reinhard is Board Certified in the field of Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has been elected by his peers to membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been a frequent speaker at legal seminars and law schools throughout the State of Texas. He has also been a featured speaker at legal seminars in North Carolina, Massachusetts, Canada, Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arizona, Washington D.C. and Maine. Mr. Reinhard is also a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.

His office is located on the town square of Cleburne, Texas. Cleburne is located in Johnson County, Texas in Central Texas thirty five miles south of Fort Worth.
Personal Background
Leland was born January 2, 1951, in San Antonio, Texas. He grew up in the East Texas town of Palestine. Leland is the son of a retired railroad worker who impressed upon all of his children a strong work ethic and the value of education. Leland lives in Cleburne, Texas, here is involved in various community and charitable organizations. In his spare time, Leland enjoys traveling, fishing, hiking, sightseeing and working out.

Believing that the practice of law is a privilege, he has long been involved in efforts to give back to the community. He has served as a representative of The First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) on the board of directors of Arlington Charities and is a trustee for the Pat Sheeran Charitable Trust. He volunteers his time providing pro bono services to Legal Aid of Northwest Texas and Tarrant County Dispute Resolution Services.

In 1989, he was appointed by the President of the State Bar of Texas to serve as a member of the Texas Lawyer’s Assistance Program Committee. This committee seeks to aid and assist members of the legal profession whose lives been affected by alcoholism, chemical dependency or emotional disorders. Leland has on two separate occasions served as chair of this committee. In recognition of this service in 2006 he received a citation from the State Bar of Texas for “exceptional dedication and commitment” to the legal profession.

Mr. Reinhard has received citations and commendations from the State Bar of Texas for “generous contributions of time, expertise and resources during your years of service to the State Bar of Texas”

He currently serves on the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee for District 7.
